MINFAI · COMPONENT FAMILY
Precision stamped stator laminations and finished laminated stator cores for motor manufacturers. Discuss geometry, material, insulation and core construction with our team.

A stator lamination is an individual stamped sheet that forms part of the motor’s stationary magnetic structure. A laminated stator core is a stack of those sheets prepared to the required core dimensions. Minfai supplies both forms, allowing motor manufacturers to discuss the component stage that fits their own winding and assembly process.
The quotation should establish the slot and tooth geometry, bore and outside references, material, sheet thickness and finished stack requirements. Different motor constructions can use different stator profiles, so the same outside diameter or a similar photograph does not define an equivalent component. Provide a current drawing and identify any features that control winding access or fit into the housing.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Single lamination | Specify the stamped profile, material, sheet thickness, burr requirements and delivery form. |
| Finished core | Add stack height, alignment, fixing or joining requirements and finished-core inspection criteria. |
| Winding interface | Identify slot opening, tooth profile and clearances that affect the customer’s winding operation. |
| Housing interface | Specify the outside profile and mounting datums that locate the stator in the motor. |
Choose according to where stacking sits in your manufacturing process. If you require a finished core, describe stack construction and acceptance requirements as well as the individual lamination drawing.
These form part of the component specification and the manufacturing review. They also affect how many sheets are required for a specified stack. Availability and the production approach are confirmed for the project.
