MINFAI · COMPONENT FAMILY
Project-specific metal brackets and accessories. Suitability depends on drawings, material and production requirements.

This component family covers drawing-defined brackets, mounting pieces and related stamped metal parts for motor manufacturers. It is useful when the inquiry is centered on the metal part itself, including its outline, holes, bends and mating references, rather than on a particular motor application series.
A complete bracket inquiry identifies the part drawing revision, material and thickness, functional hole positions, forming requirements and any additional operations. Describe how the part is measured in its final form, especially when several bends or mounting surfaces affect fit. Discuss the tooling approach, sample acceptance and packing requirements before agreeing the production scope.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Mounting references | Hole pattern, fixing surfaces and the datums that locate the part in the assembly. |
| Forming geometry | Bend angles, radii, tabs and clearances shown on the current drawing. |
| Material and finish | Specified metal, thickness and the finish or additional operations to be reviewed. |
| Acceptance and packing | Critical fit checks and protection needed to preserve the part’s shape during delivery. |
A motor lamination is a sheet used to build a magnetic core. A bracket is a mechanical support or fixing component. Both can involve stamping, but their material, functional dimensions and acceptance requirements should be specified separately.
Mark the features that determine assembly fit, such as mounting holes, locating faces and bends. Include the measurement datums and tolerances so sample review can focus on the intended function.
