Review stamped laminations and core construction for a shaded-pole motor project.
Share your drawing and project needs so we can review dimensions, materials and supply scope for your design.

Shaded-pole motor core review focuses on the stator pole geometry and the features associated with the shading ring. The core drawing needs to show how those features fit the rotor and the customer’s assembly process. A core stack and an assembled shaded-pole motor are different procurement scopes.
For an inquiry, identify the stator laminations or finished core required, then supply the rotor reference if the parts are paired. Any shading-ring groove, hole or seating feature should be dimensioned on the current drawing. State whether the request includes metal core parts only or also requires discussion of ring-related components and operations.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Pole and bore geometry | Pole profile, rotor clearance references and any features affecting the local magnetic layout. |
| Shading-ring interface | The specified groove, hole or seat dimensions and the boundary between core supply and ring assembly. |
| Stack definition | Material, sheet thickness, stack height and the agreed finished-core inspection references. |
| Application and quantity | Motor application, sample quantity, production volume and packaging requirements for the core. |
The included components are defined in the quotation. List the ring and any assembly operation separately if they are required, so the supplier can review the complete request.
Review the pole profile, rotor-related dimensions, shading-ring interface, stack height and fixing references against the approved drawing and agreed inspection method.
