Project-specific motor brackets and precision stamped metal accessories.
Share your drawing and project needs so we can review dimensions, materials and supply scope for your design.

Motor brackets and metal accessories locate, support or connect parts within a motor assembly. Procurement needs to address how a stamped part fits its mating surfaces, not only how the part looks in isolation. Hole locations, forming geometry and material condition can all affect assembly.
Send the part drawing with an assembly reference when a bracket controls the position of a shaft, bearing, housing or another component. State the required material and any finish, thread or additional operation as a separate requirement. Minfai reviews the stamping and tooling approach for the defined component before confirming the quotation scope.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Mounting references | Hole pattern, fixing surfaces and the datums that locate the part in the assembly. |
| Forming geometry | Bend angles, radii, tabs and clearances shown on the current drawing. |
| Material and finish | Specified metal, thickness and the finish or additional operations to be reviewed. |
| Acceptance and packing | Critical fit checks and protection needed to preserve the part’s shape during delivery. |
Yes. An assembly reference helps explain which features are functional and how the bracket fits adjacent components. The quoted part still needs its own clear dimensions and acceptance requirements.
List the required finish explicitly. Material, coating, additional operations and inspection documentation should be agreed as part of the order scope.
