MINFAI · PRODUCT SERIES
Discuss laminations and laminated core requirements for an AC motor project.
Share your drawing and project needs so we can review dimensions, materials and supply scope for your design.

AC motor is a broad category covering different motor constructions. An induction motor core, a shaded-pole core and a universal motor component can have different profiles and assembly requirements. The supply request should identify the motor construction before dimensions and material are discussed.
Minfai’s AC motor category provides a starting point for lamination and finished-core inquiries. Use the more specific motor series when the construction is known, and provide a current drawing for the actual part. Voltage, frequency and motor rating can explain the application, but they do not replace the dimensional and material specification of a stamped core.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Motor construction | Identify induction, shaded-pole, universal or another specified design. |
| Lamination profile | The actual stator or rotor drawing, with its critical slots, bore and outside references. |
| Material and thickness | The specified grade, sheet thickness and insulation requirement for the drawing. |
| Core supply stage | Loose stamped sheets, a finished stack or a matched pair with agreed inspection criteria. |
Choose the series that matches the construction on your drawing. If it is not yet clear, use this page and send the motor and component references so the project can be directed to the appropriate review.
They help explain the application. A quotation also needs the component geometry, material, supply form, quantity and relevant inspection requirements.
