Review the stator and outer-rotor component arrangement for your motor design.
Share your drawing and project needs so we can review dimensions, materials and supply scope for your design.

In an outer-rotor arrangement, the rotating member surrounds the stator. This layout changes the relationship between the stator teeth, the outside rotor and the supporting assembly. A request for an outer-rotor core needs to identify the actual laminated or stamped part, because the surrounding rotor construction varies by design.
Send the stator and rotor arrangement drawings, including the dimensions used to locate the air-gap-related surfaces and the mounting references. Specify whether the request concerns the stator stack, a rotor-related lamination or a supporting metal part. Magnet arrangements, rotor housings and completed motor assembly should be identified separately when defining the order.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Component identity | Name the specific stator, rotor-related or support part and attach its drawing. |
| Radial relationship | Tooth outside profile, rotor inside references and the drawing datums controlling alignment. |
| Axial relationship | Stack height, fixing surfaces and space for the related winding or assembly. |
| Supply scope | Separate loose laminations, finished core stacks and other stamped parts in the inquiry. |
The layouts have different component relationships. Compatibility must be evaluated from the specific motor and component drawings, not from the motor label or a photograph.
Include an assembly reference when it defines a critical interface for the requested core. Identify the exact part to be quoted so the review can separate core requirements from the surrounding assembly.
