Discuss motor core components for a hand mixer application from your current drawing.
Share your drawing and project needs so we can review dimensions, materials and supply scope for your design.

A hand mixer is an appliance application, not a single motor core geometry. The required stator and rotor parts depend on the chosen motor design, the appliance housing and the transmission arrangement. Component sourcing should use the motor drawing rather than the appliance model name alone.
If the project uses a universal motor, identify the field stator and armature core as separate items or a matched set. Show the space for winding, the shaft and bearing references, and any fixing dimensions controlled by the appliance assembly. Product safety, winding and completed-appliance performance requirements remain part of the customer’s overall design and validation.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Motor design | Identify the motor type and the actual stator or rotor component being sourced. |
| Assembly envelope | Core envelope, winding clearance and interfaces controlled by the appliance housing. |
| Shaft and mounting | Bore, stack length, mounting holes and the related bearing or transmission references. |
| Supply planning | Prototype quantity, expected production volume and identification for samples used in appliance validation. |
Wattage does not define the stamped geometry, material or assembly fit. A motor component drawing and the required supply form are needed for meaningful technical review.
Provide the current motor drawing, the planned changes and the assembly dimensions that must stay compatible. Clearly label the old and new drawing revisions so sample approval follows the correct version.
