Discuss stator and rotor core requirements for a brushless motor design.
Share your drawing and project needs so we can review dimensions, materials and supply scope for your design.

Brushless motor core requirements depend on the magnetic layout as well as the mechanical envelope. The stator tooth and slot geometry must fit the winding design, while the rotor arrangement determines which magnetic and supporting parts need to be discussed. Inner-rotor and outer-rotor drawings are reviewed as different component layouts.
For a BLDC motor inquiry, identify the exact core or lamination you want sourced instead of relying on the motor power rating. Send the drawing with the specified material, thickness, stack length and assembly references. Permanent-magnet rotor designs vary, so the presence of a laminated rotor core and the scope of magnet-related parts must be established from the project design.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Magnetic arrangement | Inner or outer rotor, stator layout and the precise component included in the inquiry. |
| Tooth and slot profile | Slot opening, tooth profile, winding clearance and the drawing’s critical dimensional references. |
| Stack and interfaces | Finished stack height, bore or mounting references, and the inspection points needed for assembly. |
| Material definition | Electrical steel grade, lamination thickness and any specified insulation requirements; supply options are reviewed before quotation. |
No. Rotor structures differ between motor designs. Show the actual rotor construction and identify the part you need quoted, including whether the request is for laminations, a stack or another metal component.
Compare the drawing revision, tooth and slot profiles, material, thickness, stack height and mounting references. A shared outside diameter does not establish that the cores are interchangeable.
