MINFAI · COMPONENT FAMILY
Coordinate matching laminations or finished cores as a single motor program, with sample and inspection criteria agreed before production.

A matched stator–rotor request coordinates two related component drawings within one motor project. The purpose is to make the pairing, drawing revisions, supply forms and acceptance points explicit before tooling and sample review. Each component still needs its own material and dimensional specification.
Minfai can discuss stator and rotor laminations or finished cores as a coordinated supply request. Send the pair of drawings with the assembly relationship, required quantities and the features that must be checked together. If only one part is being changed, label the unchanged mating drawing as a reference so the intended compatibility is visible during review.
| Requirement | Information to include |
|---|---|
| Drawing pair | Identify the current revision of both components and any assembly drawing controlling the relationship. |
| Radial and axial fit | List the critical mating dimensions and the datums used to check the pair. |
| Supply forms | State loose sheets or finished stacks separately for stator and rotor components. |
| Sample and batch identity | Agree how paired samples and supplied lots are identified for the customer’s assembly evaluation. |
Matching is evaluated against the agreed component and assembly requirements. The completed motor also depends on the wider design and assembly process, so motor validation remains part of the overall project plan.
Yes. Specify the supply stage and quantity for each component rather than assuming both must be delivered in the same form. Sample and acceptance requirements should be listed separately.
