When we receive the inquiry from you, we will provide the quotation according to the drawings (CAD drawings, 3D data, PDF drawings and photos), including mold charges, unit price, MOQ and lead time, etc. The price depends on the product and your requirements.

Once you have received our quotation, please review and confirm if there is anything need to be changed. Once quotation is confirmed, please send us a purchase order for molding and/or products.

According to our quotation and our agreed payment terms, Prepayment for molding and products are required. Usually this is going to be 30% – 50% of the purchaser order.

At the same time, our R&D department will conduct detailed technical assessments and manufacturability assessments based on your confirmed drawings. We will provide reasonable advice based on the mechanical properties of the raw materials, product structure and other subsequent treatments (such as electroplating, heat treatment and anodizing) to maximize the sustainability and stability of the production.

Then, our experienced professional engineers will begin to design based on your drawings. Our engineers will choose the proper mold material and mold structure based on their years of experience.

After the design is completed, we will have a mold technician team and advanced mold making equipment. We offer a series of processes for independent design, processing, assembly and testing.

Finally, we will send samples and reports for your confirmation and testing.

Our customer will pay the remaining mold cost after confirming the sample and signing the product-related documents. We can start mass production and provide you with lead time and shipping arrangement.
